1:1 Virtual Support Sessions

Work directly with me to create a unique plan that will guide your transition from the NICU to home through 1:1 coaching sessions and unlimited voice/text support. Topics covered can include processing your NICU stay, feeding your NICU baby, troubleshooting reflux and tummy troubles, how to transition from a NICU schedule to home, responding in an emergency, reconnecting with your baby and so much more.

Life After NICU Membership

Bringing home a NICU baby comes with so many questions. The “Life After NICU” community is a private and safe space for NICU families to connect with each other while also having access to expert support and guidance.

  • “Ask a NICU Nurse”: weekly live calls to get your NICU questions answered

    “Baby School”: monthly calls with experts in the NICU world. Future topics include meeting milestones with your NICU baby, how to deal with billing and insurance, managing reflux, processing your birth experience and so much more.

    Access to all previously recorded calls on demand so you can listen anywhere (hello, middle of the night pumping session!)

    Online community where you can safely connect with other NICU families and share your experience together (like a Facebook group, but without the extra weirdos)
